Generally, our fee will be based upon $75.00 per point. For Example, you are charged with Speeding - 70 km/hr in a 50 km/hr Zone, which carries 3 demerit points. Our fee will be $225.00

There are many situations where the fee we generally charge may be amended, depending upon the circumstances. For example, there are more serious charges prosecuted by the Province of Ontario rather than individual municipalities, which do not have a set fine. Such a charge might be “Having no Insurance” contrary to the CompulsoryAutomobile Insurance Act, for which the minimum fine is $5,000.00 . For these type of special charges, our fees will be negotiable.

We handle cases in most ontario locations, but for any jurisdiction outside of the GTA area there will be an additional non - refundable fee of $100.00 plus gst.

In order to quote a fee, we require the following information:

1) the charge against including section number and if it is speeding the actual speed charged;

2) the total fine payable:

3) the municipality where you were charged or the court where you have to file the notice to defend( please note, we will do all of the filing necessary if we are hired within 15 days from the date you were charged).
